If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order for in-store credit or refunded to your credit card.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer flat rate shipping to British Columbia, Canada. Your shipping total will be calculated on checkout.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at from our Prince George location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
In-store pickup is available during our regular store hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
